Veteran's Assistance Commission In order to honor those who have served our great nation, FIAMC has entered into a partnership with the McHenry County Veteran’s Assistance Commission (VAC). FIA volunteers will pick up eligible vets and drive them to the drop off/pick up points for the VAC bus transport to VAMC North Chicago Hospital. In turn, the VAC reimburses FIAMC for the mileage driven. If you have a passion for helping our nations veterans, please consider volunteering for one of these very special assignments.
